We show up and execute the the mission as planned. You then receive your deliverables in our agreed upon time frame.

FAQ

What is your service area/ Do you travel?

Our prices include service within 20 miles of Rochester, NY. Travel fees apply for any service outside this radius. We travel to wherever we are needed. Our jobs have taken us all over New York, Vermont, West Coast, Mexico, Europe, India, and beyond.

What kind of weather can you fly in?

High winds and rains prevent us from flying our drones for safety and visibility reasons, and to protect our gear. If we cannot fly due to weather, we will reschedule to a new date.

Are you Insured and licensed?

Yes, we are fully insured and have our Part 107 FAA Certification. We are also a minority owned business in Monroe County.

Can you legally fly over people's houses?

Yes, we can legally fly over peoples houses since the airspace above the property cannot be owned. However, privacy is important. We make sure to fly high enough to avoid seeing into windows and directly into people's property.
